Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

One-Time Setup Services
- Before work begins: Full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no work has commenced.
- During delivery: Partial refund based on proportion of work not yet completed.
- After delivery: No refunds once deliverables are accepted, but we will make reasonable revisions.
Monthly Retainer
- Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
- Current month is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- No future charges after the notice period expires.
No Refunds For
- Failure to achieve specific sales or revenue outcomes
- Dissatisfaction due to your failure to provide required access or information
- Requests outside the applicable refund window
- Breach of our Terms of Service
How to Request
Email contact@sovereigncreatorlab.com with your name, purchase email, date, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds process within 5-10 business days.
