Please read these Terms carefully before using services offered by Sovereign Creator Lab. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Sovereign Creator Lab provides B2B sales automation services including outbound pipeline setup, lead sourcing, email sequence automation, CRM integration, AI voice call handling, and pipeline management as described in your purchase confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in USD. Payment is due upon purchase for one-time services. Monthly retainer payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept payment via Stripe.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, grant access to required tools, review deliverables in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL, or to violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
5. AI Voice Calls
Our service may include automated AI voice calls via Retell AI. By engaging with our service and providing a phone number, you consent to receiving such calls. All calls comply with applicable telemarketing laws.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, prompts, and tools.
7. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific results. Sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Past client results are not guarantees of future performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Monthly retainers may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms.
